Support for friendly URLs

Photo, PhotoSet, and Group snapshots were updated with the new PageUrl attribute. This attribute provides the URL path of the corresponding Zenfolio page.

In addition, the CustomReference field is added to PhotoSetUpdater and GroupUpdater. Use this field to specify a friendly URL for a gallery, collection, or group.
