Sending out an Invitation to view a Gallery

You can now send out a nicely formatted invitation e-mail directing visitors to view your gallery.

To send an invitation e-mail:

1. Click to select the gallery in the Organizer or double-click it in the Main Area to open. Thumbnails from the gallery will load in the Main Area and the title will display at the top.
2. Select Send Invite next to the item title in the Top Menu. A new window will open with a form to fill out including destination e-mail addresses and message body. A sample message is provided but you can change it. Please confirm that the gallery, group or collection is open for visitors to view and is not access-protected. If it is password-protected, do not forget to include the password in the invitation.
3. The appearance of the e-mail is determined by the Theme of your gallery. The thumbnails used in the invitation are shown in the same sequence as in your gallery.
4. You can preview what the invitation will look like to your recipients before sending by clicking Preview Invitation at the bottom right of the form.

You can also Copy and Paste the link at the top of the invite window and use it to send separately.
