Is there support for uploading RAW files?

Currently Zenfolio does not support RAW files for hosting. The reason we do not support uploading RAW files (and other hosting sites have the same reason) is not because we do not want to, but because there is no technical solution to presenting RAW files visually online.

RAW files are like undeveloped negatives, there are a million ways of processing them, before converting to JPEG to load into a viewer browser. Only you, the photographer, can decide what that processing should be. Parameters such as white balance, sharpness, exposure, etc need to be set, and there are no automatic settings for these.
