Maximum file size

This refers to the maximum size of any one file that can be uploaded to your account. For Basic and Unlimited subscribers the maximum file size is 12MB. For Premium subscribers the maximum file size is 24MB. For more information on subscription plans view the Pricing page.

All subscribers can upload digital photographs with dimensions of up to 10,000 x 10,000 pixels as long as the file size is within the range of their subscription plan. For more information see the Preparing Your Photographs for Upload section of this Help guide.
