Fujicolor’s Crystal Archive Professional Paper Super Type PD

Fujicolor’s Crystal Archive Professional Paper Super Type PD is the most popular premium paper. Accurate color, realistic saturation, excellent neutral flesh tone reproduction, and brighter colors are just a few of the attributes describing this paper. You will see improved color saturation and excellent skin-tone reproduction as well as brighter blues, cyan, purples, and reds. The standard longevity is 100 years in home display and 200 years in dark storage.

Fuji Pearl paper

Fuji Pearl paper offers a unique pearlescent surface that will make your images really pop. Flesh tones look natural, details are crisp and colors are beautifully saturated. Fuji Pearl paper offers natural looking flesh tones, sharp details and beautifully saturated colors. Plus, it is resistant to tearing and curling without any additional lamination. This paper uses a patented combination of film and laminate layers resulting in striking three-dimensional images on an ultra-bright background. You really have to see this paper to appreciate it.

Ilford True Digital B&W paper

There is a difference between B&W and true digital B&W prints. The Ilford True Digital Black and White panchromatic, resin-coated paper is specifically designed for making continuous-tone B&W prints directly from digital images in digital exposing systems.

This paper provides excellent tone reproduction from digital camera files. Because the emulsion is silver-based rather than dye-based, the imaging performance and characteristics of this paper are the same as traditional B&W continuous-tone papers, which translates into neutral tonal characteristics offering good sharpness, display, and archival quality. One added benefit is that this resin paper is specially coated on the back to accept ink, making it a good surface for crop lines or writing notes.

ICC Profiles

If you are familiar with color calibration and would like to soft-proof your images, you can download and install this color profile: ICC profile. All color matching needs to be performed in the sRGB color space.

Color Correction Service

The Mpix lab offers professional color correction at no charge for all products except the Value prints. Unlike most consumer labs, Mpix color correction service is performed by trained technicians with many years of experience. Adjustments to density, color, contrast, and sharpness yield consistent improvements.

Minimum and Recommended Image Resolution

Mpix uses photo imaging equipment with the minimum required image resolution of 100 pixels per inch (ppi). For the best results, however, make sure your images are large enough to print at 250ppi or higher. For example, to print an 8" x 10" print, the minimum image size required would be 800 x 1000 pixels. However, for best results, it is recommended that the image size be 2000 x 2500 pixels.

Shipping

Shipping fees from Mpix are flat and stay the same whether you are ordering one small print or a number of large heavy items. No order minimums are required.

USPS First Class shipping (delivered in 5-10 business days) is $4.25 and available for orders of 50 prints or less that contain print sizes 5x7, 5x5, 4x6, 4x5 and/or 3.5x5. USPS First Class shipping is also available for orders of 15 prints or less containing Magazine Covers, Memory Mates, and print sizes 8x10, 8x8, 6x9, 5x7, 5x5, 4x6, 4x5, 3.5x5 and/or wallets. Boutique Packaging is not available with First Class shipping.
USPS Priority Mail is $8.25 (delivered in 3-4 business days)
FedEx Next Business Day shipping is $13.25

USPS will not guarantee delivery times. Shipping times will vary on location. Please allow additional time during the holidays.

Shipping to Canada:

USPS First Class is $5.30 for orders with 50 prints or less in print sizes equal to or smaller than 5x7 (delivered in 7-10 business days)
FedEx Priority International shipping is $16.25 (delivered in 1-2 business days)

Mpix is unable to ship outside of the USA and Canada.

FedEx shipping is required for prints larger than 24" x 36" and for 20" x 30" prints with frames

Sales Tax

For all orders shipped in the State of California, USA, the applicable sales tax will be added.
